Redesign & migration

Keep the good.
Make room for better.

A clearer website and an easier publishing workflow, with a deliberate plan for the content and URLs you already have.

A good fit if

For businesses whose website no longer reflects their offer, makes routine updates difficult, or needs a better platform fit.

Your deliverables

Good things.
Included.

Everything has a job, including the parts you use behind the scenes.

How it works

From here
to your next chapter.

01

Take stock

Understand existing pages, useful content, integrations, and publishing friction.

02

Map the move

Decide what to retain, combine, rewrite, or retire, and map old URLs to new destinations.

03

Build and migrate

Create the new structure, move agreed content, and review it before launch.

04

Switch and check

Launch, verify redirects and key user journeys, and train your team.

A good start
is a shared one.

What we’ll need from you

Access to the existing site, content exports where available, a list of important pages, analytics access if relevant, and domain access at launch.

Where the scope ends

Content volume, special data formats, third-party systems, and editorial rewriting affect scope. Search rankings cannot be guaranteed.

Review and handover

Launch includes training and 30 days of fixes for issues within the delivered scope. New pages, features, and ongoing content work are quoted separately.

We agree review rounds and decision points in your proposal. You receive a practical walkthrough and documentation for the parts your team will manage.

Before we begin

A few useful
answers.

Can you move us from WordPress?

Yes. We scope the content migration, CMS structure, URL mapping, and integrations before committing to the move.

Will we lose our existing content?

We agree an inventory and migration plan together. Nothing needs to disappear simply because the design is changing.

Can the old site stay live during the build?

The new site can be built and reviewed separately, with the final switch planned around your launch requirements.

Working with Mubarak was easy and needed very little guidance on this WordPress to Webflow migration project. There were very little tweaks in QA we had to make and those that we had to do were done quickly, efficiently and remained within his scope of work. I would use again and intend to.
