How it works

From here
to your next chapter.

01

Review the site

Understand the current build and your team’s priorities.

02

Set the queue

03

Make progress

Build, review, and release improvements with clear status updates.

04

Learn and refine

Use feedback and available measurements to choose the next useful change.

A good start
is a shared one.

What we’ll need from you

Your live website or store, a person who can prioritize requests, and access to the relevant accounts and connected tools. We review the platform and condition of the build first.

Where the scope ends

A full redesign, application development, new brand identity, and third-party subscriptions are separate. Capacity and request size are agreed in the proposal. Hosting, backups, security updates, and incident response are only included where explicitly scoped; store fulfilment and customer service remain with your team.

Review and handover

We agree review rounds and decision points in your proposal. You receive a practical walkthrough and documentation for the parts your team will manage.

Before we begin

A few useful
answers.

Is care included in a new build?

New website engagements include 30 days of fixes for issues within the delivered scope, starting at launch. New pages, content production, and features are separate. Website Care covers an agreed ongoing workload.

How quickly will a request be finished?

Small requests and larger projects need different amounts of work. We agree the next delivery point when a request is reviewed.

Can you support a site you did not build?

Yes, following an initial review of the site’s structure and condition. Any necessary cleanup is scoped first.

I have worked with countless freelancers in 12 years of web design and Mubarak stands out as a top tier contractor. Quick responses always, great delivery turnarounds, and excellent attention to detail. Will hire again. (You should too.)
